About the All Jersey Driving School Team

John Ginley, Jr.

With four sons, three of whom are new drivers, John understands the significance of the service that All Jersey Driving School offers their perspective 16 and 17 year old NJ student drivers. As the owner of All Jersey Driving School, John enjoys the 'hands on' experience that providing this essential skill brings the students as well as the security he can provide parents regarding their child's safety. John has a strong history of civic and community commitment and brings that passion to the driving school. We are proud sponsors of events and activities at several local high schools including Delran, Maple Shade, Moorestown, Tabernacle and Mount Laurel - so you'll be sure to see our cars at several local schools; especially during sporting events!

Sharon has always liked cars and enjoys driving. So, after successfully teaching the last of her many nieces and nephews to drive in 2021, she thought it would be fun to pursue this endeavor on a part-time basis. She looks forward to working with more kids and coaching them how to safely handle themselves behind the wheel.

Thomas Leaken

Tom is a recently retired federal law enforcement officer and a father of four children.
“I look forward to working with young adults in a safe and supportive environment while they work towards earning their driving privileges. Having taught my oldest two children how to drive, I understand the excitement of the student, the anxiety of the parent, and the joy that comes in finally getting that license handed to you.

Born and raised in Philly, I am a lifelong Philly sports fan now residing in Camden County. I enjoy participating in obstacle course racing (Tough Mudder, Spartan events), and spending time with my family.”

His passion for teaching began with his role at the Medford Lakes Fire Department as Fire Prevention Coordinator where he was able to teach children, their families, and the local community the importance of fire safety and prevention. Paul has an extensive background in traffic safety and accident investigation. Combining that experience with his love for teaching made instructing students in driver education a natural choice. Paul is also a First Aid & CPR/AED instructor for the American Heart Association as well as a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST) where he teaches hands-on installation and child seat safety to expectant families in the Burlington/Camden county areas.

In his spare time, Paul enjoys going to car shows, arcade game expos, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Jack Reifsneider

John is a longtime resident of Pine Hill. He is a UPS loader and is working on becoming a full time driver. He understands the necessity of being a safe driver. His dog Malo and him enjoy traveling to different dog friendly sites and making new acquaintances everywhere they go. The most important thing is to be safe, and I look forward to helping the next generation feel comfortable on the road ahead of them. There are many obstacles to overcome on the road. I would love to help prepare students to get over a few obstacles to make their ride that much more enjoyable.

Say hello to Bear; our goldendoodle. You’ll often find Bear hanging out at the office in the afternoons. He loves to meet potential students!
